Licensing & Requirements:

• Valid Connecticut S, B, or D license and driver’s license
• Must pass drug test and background check
• Willing to be on-call every 4–5 weeks (or 8–10 weeks on rotation)

Experience & Skills:

• Install and service hydronic, steam (optional), cast iron, and on-demand boilers
• Work with baseboard, radiant (optional) heating, oil tanks, and gas piping
• Operate F350 pickup/box truck and pipe threader
• Communicate clearly with customers and team; document all services and parts used
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide with fractions/decimals)

We are looking for someone who can lead a job and/or help on installing boilers.  Someone who’s observant and uses logic to find potential problems that couldn’t be found when selling the job and knows how to communicate those to the customer and the company to insure the system works properly and theres no problems in the future.
