Pay

Licensing

• Possess a valid state of Connecticut S, SM, B or D license

• Possess a Valid Drivers license


Experience in installing & Abilities

• Forced Hot air Systems (Oil, Gas, Propane)

• Duct work installation

• Mini Split Systems (Mitsubishi &/Or LG)

• Cut in’s 

• New construction (Not a Must)

• Gas piping

• Can complete necessary work orders and related items digitally

• Ability to drive a F350 pick up or box truck as a everyday vehicle

• Duct work fabrication (Not a Must)

• Know how to properly weigh in and charge a A/C system


Willing to

• Take a Drug test

• Take a background check

• Be on-call every 4-5 weeks (Installers maybe Exempt Or share on call with the other installers to cut on-call time in half 8-10 weeks instead)


Communication skills

• The ability to effectively convey information to customers and other employees in a clear and concise manor. Applicant must be able to read & comprehend simple instruction. Document service performed and list all parts used in service / repairs. 


Mathematical Skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Summary

We are looking for someone who can lead and/or help a job on installing forced air systems.  Someone who’s observant and uses logic to find potential problems that couldn’t be found when selling the job and knows how to communicate those to the customer and the company to insure the system works properly and theres no problems in the future.
