Licensing & Requirements:

• Valid Connecticut S, SM, B, or D license and driver’s license
• Must pass drug test and background check
• Willing to be on-call every 4–5 weeks (or 8–10 weeks on rotation)

Experience & Skills:

• Install forced hot air systems (Oil, Gas, Propane), ductwork, and mini split systems (Mitsubishi/LG)
• Perform cut-ins, gas piping, and (optionally) new construction or duct fabrication
• Properly weigh in and charge A/C systems
• Operate F350 pickup/box truck daily
• Complete digital work orders accurately
• Communicate clearly with customers and team; document all work and parts used
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide with fractions/decimals)

We are looking for someone who can lead and/or help a job on installing forced air systems.  Someone who’s observant and uses logic to find potential problems that couldn’t be found when selling the job and knows how to communicate those to the customer and the company to insure the system works properly and theres no problems in the future.
