Pay

Licensing & Requirements:
- Valid Connecticut S, B, or D license and driver’s license
- Must pass drug test and background check
- Willing to be on-call every 4–5 weeks
Experience & Skills:
- Perform preventive maintenance on Oil, Gas, Propane, and A/C systems
- Diagnose and repair hydronic, forced hot air, A/C, and mini split systems
- Knowledge of burners (Beckett, Carlin, Riello) and general HVAC operations
- Accurately charge A/C systems and identify potential issues before they occur
- Operate F350 pickup/box truck and complete digital work orders
- Communicate clearly with customers and team; document work and parts used
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide with fractions/decimals)

Summary
We are looking for someone who can service conventional HVAC systems. Who can perform yearly Preventive maintenance and service calls. Willing to join the on call rotation. Able to foresee potential problems to cut down after hour service calls.
