Pay
Varies based on experience.
Licensing & Requirements:
- Valid Connecticut P license and driver’s license
- Must pass drug test and background check
- Willing to be on-call every 4–5 weeks
Experience & Skills:
- Residential plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Replace fixtures (toilets, faucets, sill-cocks, etc.) and work with drain/water lines
- Perform water quality tests and diagnose hot water issues
- Conduct yearly plumbing inspections to identify potential problems
- Heating or drain cleaning experience (a plus, not required)
- Operate F350 pickup/box truck and complete digital work orders
- Communicate clearly with customers and team; document all services and parts used
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide with fractions/decimals)

Summary
We are looking for someone who can service residential plumbing systems. Can swap out faucets and fixtures. Who can perform yearly plumbing checkups, perform service calls, repairs and check water quality. Someone who Is able to foresee potential problems to cut down future problems. Willing to join the on call rotation.
