Licensing & Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license required
• Must pass drug test and background check

Experience & Skills:

• Enrolled in or completed technical school for HVAC or plumbing
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and tape measure
• Basic understanding of tool applications and trade tasks
• Physically able to lift heavy objects and work in attics or crawl spaces
• Complete digital work orders accurately
• Operate F350 pickup/box truck (once licensed)
• Follow directions, assist technicians, and maintain clean, organized job sites and shop
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide with fractions/decimals)
