Possess a Valid Drivers license

Experience & Abilities

• Has completed or is enrolled in a Technical School for HVAC or Plumbing

• Ability to use hand tools, power tools

• Ability to use a tape measure

• General knowledge of what tools are for what applications

• Physically able to lift heavy objects without limitations

• Physically able and willing to go into attics and crawl spaces

• Can complete necessary work orders and related items digitally

• Ability to drive a F350 pick up or box truck as a everyday vehicle

Willing to

• Take a Drug test

• Take a background check

• Take orders from whom ever is in charge to get the jobs done

• Do any type of work in the HVAC or Plumbing trade

• Clean and organize the shop inside and out

• Help in any way needed to make the jobs go smooth and easy

• Clean up and pick up job sights

Communication skills

• The ability to effectively convey information to customers and other employees in a clear and concise manor. Applicant must be able to read & comprehend simple instruction. Document service performed and list all parts used in service / repairs. 

Mathematical Skills

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
