Licensing & Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license required; Connecticut S, SM, B, D, G, or P license a plus
- Must pass drug test and background check
Experience & Skills:
- General understanding of HVAC and/or plumbing trades
- Coordinate and schedule jobs, communicate with technicians and customers
- Manage shop inventory, order and locate parts, and prepare jobs for upcoming days/weeks
- Deliver parts to technicians/installers as needed
- Use computer and email effectively; knowledge of Service Fusion (or similar CRM like ServiceTitan) preferred
- Operate F350 pickup/box truck for daily use
- Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills
- Basic math proficiency (add, subtract, multiply, divide with fractions/decimals)

Summary
We are looking for someone who can keep things flowing smoothly by locating and order parts for the service technicians, schedule jobs and return calls, keep shop inventory up to date, willing to run parts out to service techs or installers when needed, can back up the person answering the phones when the phones get over loaded, will check prices on major jobs or orders and can (or is willing to learn how to) use Service Fusion (our CRM program).
